Patrick Schwarzkopf has been an expert in factory automation, robotics and image processing at the VDMA for over 20 years. He has headed various European trade associations and has been Managing Director of the VDMA Robotics + Automation Association and a board member of the International Federation of Robotics and Robotics (IFR) since 2014.
Patrick is convinced that robotics and automation form the basis for high-quality jobs, prosperity and sustainability. His main areas of interest are robotics and the future of work, robotics in recruitment and the combination of robotics and AI. He holds a degree in economics and a degree in applied linguistics.
