The required quality of PROFIsafe products and systems highly depends on the quality of the know-how of the development teams and on the deployed methods and procedures. An adequate range of trainings can assure this level. The responsible PI working groups developed a training scheme which is available to all employees in charge of PROFIsafe and safety. Experts having attended all three parts of the workshop will receive a confirmation of participation in the course.

Day 2: Standards for Functional Safety: IEC and ISO standards, design processes, calculations

Day 3: Implementation of PROFIsafe devices: PROFIsafe starter kit, parameters, GSD, test and certification
