Demo Systems:
Simulation of a multi vendor plant for water treatment:
Some devices are PROFIBUS PA to demonstrate intrisic safe enviromental conditions. The connection DP/PA is realised with DP/PA coupler. The Master class1 is the Siemens S7. Valvers are controlled with the pepperl+fuchs valve controller. With the Siemens Tool PDM( Master class 2- engineering tool) parameters of all devices can be configurated and diagnostic resolved. The plant is used to show cyclic- and acylic data transfers. Tooling as busmonitators is used to show cyclic- acyxlic data transfers. Tooling busmonitors is used to show current protocoles.

  • PROFIBUS DP-V2- from the specification to the product, 2-3 times during the year and as in house training
