Much of it is free, although to get some files you'll need to join PI to gain access. The 'key' icon tells you which file needs a password.

The Management Information Base (MIB) organizes all the SNMP objects, so-called object identifier (OID). The MIB contains on the one hand OID, which are defined by standards (standard MIB) and on the other hand OID, which are defined by the manufacturers of a SNMP capable equipment (enterprise MIB).
